WHAT IS FIT COMBAT?
Training system applied in group or collective classes of physical activity and fitness includes the fusion of real combat techniques of boxing and martial arts; structuring these movement patterns in an orderly and dynamic way.The FIT COMBATtraining system® includes various intensity intervals in the different movements performed by the human body, with localized work of certain muscle groups and continuous cardio-respiratory regulation.
