Learn and practice the fundamentals of boxing, including proper stance, guard, footwork, punches, and combinations—no kicking involved. This class builds cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and upper-body strength while helping sculpt your arms, shoulders, core, and back through repeated boxing movements. Punch with control.
